Legal Downloads
You will receive full licenses and legal rights to use preset and sound kit content (but not Alyssa Cubed’s copyrighted music). For leased beats, review the terms and conditions of the license you purchased on Beatstar’s website.
Buying Downloads
We provide our products contained in directly downloadable zipped files, such as in sample packs, to ensure quick and organized delivery. You must unzip the files in order to use them. To do that, right click on the folder, and select “Extract to” and select a location. If you have any troubles, contact us at alyssa@alyssacubed.com. Products should extract quickly and take no more than a minute.
Download Links
After you have paid for your products you will receive an email containing your download links. You can also download them directly from your account on our website. Download links never expire and have no download limit.
Account Registration
Account Registration is mandatory. By getting an account you will have access to all your downloads through your account. You’re required to provide your name, email address, and payment details. You must provide the correct email address. We cannot be held accountable if you do not receive your download links due to you submitting an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your download links within an hour then please contact us and provide proof of payment.
When you make an account and/or an order, you have the option of signing up for our email subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
Payment
Payments accepted are through Stripe which accepts most Credit or Debit Cards and Paypal. You will not receive any download links until the payment on our end has been received.
Refund Policy
Software goods or downloads cannot be returned. However if you receive the incorrect or any missing files in your download, send us screenshots and contact us immediately and we’ll have it readjusted.
Privacy
By using Alyssacubed.com, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Restrictions
You may not give out your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of your customer account. The license agreement you obtain when you purchase a product from this website can only be used by you. You are not permitted to make copies of the products you’ve purchased with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit products to others, as these acts break copyright laws.
Governing Law
The laws of the United States govern these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws.
